The 5th of September cannot go by without acknowledging their super human efforts in bringing learning  to our children inspite of such difficult and harsh conditions. This year the teachers were our chief guests at the function at St. John’s Pavillion. Eight of our teachers who completed over 10 years of service with REAP were honoured for their decade long work. A short  video presentation of their work was shown  and a special trophy was given to them to mark their outstanding contribution. The Director gave a touching message of encourgement and motivation to all, never failing to thank the teachers for their unstinting service  and sharing in his vision of taking education to the children where ever they are. It would be fitting to say that our teachers our truly the invisible pillars of  our schools-without-walls.
