Teacher Training

Empowering Educators to Uplift Communities
At REAP, we believe that quality education begins with empowered teachers. In underprivileged communities, teachers often work with limited resources and receive little or no professional training. Yet, they play a critical role in shaping young minds, building confidence, and unlocking future opportunities for children.
Our Teacher Training & Capacity Building Program ensures that educators at REAP Learning Centers and partner schools are not only well-trained but also continuously supported. Through structured workshops, upskilling sessions, and regular mentorship, we equip teachers to deliver effective, inclusive, and child-centric education.
Children from slum communities face numerous learning gaps—academic, emotional, and social. Our teachers are the first line of support, and they need more than subject knowledge.
