The terms and conditions contained hereinafter (“Terms & Conditions”) shall apply to your (“you”, “your” or “User”) use of the website https://www.reapchild.org and any other linked pages, features, services, agreements, images, or content (collectively referred to as “Website”) offered from time to time by REAP – Resource for Education and Advocacy Programme (“REAP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be governed by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and this constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement between you and REAP. 🔹 Termination
REAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Donations made to REAP are used to further our mission of providing free education, computer training, STEM learning, and community empowerment in underserved areas.

As a general policy:

All donations are final and non-refundable.

In case of a technical error, duplicate transaction, or unauthorized card use, donors may request a refund by writing to admin@reapchild.org within 7 days of the transaction.

Upon verification and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If a refund is processed, the associated Section 80G tax exemption certificate stands cancelled.

REAP does not support cancellation of transactions once processed unless there are clear, genuine reasons supported by documentation.

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

🛡️ Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REAP, its trustees, staff, and volunteers from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

⚠️ Force Majeure
REAP shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing Website access or services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, strikes, technical failures, or governmental restrictions.
