REAP NGO proudly inaugurated the first batch of 25 students for the 3-month Hospitality & Hotel Management course under the RISE (REAP Institute of Skill & Empowerment) initiative. This milestone marks a significant step in REAP’s mission to provide skill-based education and empowerment opportunities for youth.

The program is organized by REAP in collaboration with OtpShine Foundation, and we extend special thanks to Mr. Dick Hosy Mody, Co-Founder of OptShine, and the entire OptShine team for their unwavering support in building futures through skill, dignity, and meaningful opportunities.

The inauguration event featured motivational addresses by our Director and Chief Guest, followed by the distribution of study materials to empower students on their learning journey. This program equips participants with practical knowledge and industry-ready skills, fostering confidence and professional growth.

With this initiative, REAP continues to strengthen its commitment to transforming lives through education, skill development, and empowerment.
